SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

PACKING

We will carefully prepare and pack your watch from Stockholm, Sweden within same day or next day. Maybe there would be needed some time, because of jet unknown reasons, but we would most definitely notify you if delivery would take more time than written above.

DELIVERY

We will send your watch using PostNord to your selected destination. Delivery time is approximately 3-7 business days. If you are from other country and love our watch and you want to have your own, just reach out to us, we would be glad to expand!

Taxes, Customs and Duties outside European Union (except Norway)

Shipping to United States, Canada, Australia and United Kingdom means that all taxes, duties and customs are excluded from the total price. Your order may therefore be subject to local taxes, customs and import duties.

Import taxes, customs or duties depending on local regulation outside EU (except Norway) may apply and are not paid by Northbond.

We are unable to calculate the exact amount in duties and taxes your order might incur, as these charges are imposed directly by the destination country and vary between countries.

No VAT are applied on orders to United States, Canada, Australia and United Kingdom.

Taxes and duties incurred on refused or unclaimed packages are not covered by Northbond.

Please note that any potential customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable by Northbond.

RETURN

If you wish to return your order, please let us know through the contact page or send an email to your.order@northbond.com

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with our return address.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you want a refund, you will need to bear the cost of returning the goods.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us true e mail listed on our contact page.
